Trades Foreman - Apartments Or Duplexes

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Trades Foreman who has experience in Apartments and Duplexes to join our Evara Team

The Role

The Trades Foreman will be required to over see and coordinate the activities of trades workers on apartment or duplexes construction projects. The position will be located in west Dublin

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of trades workers on apartment or duplexes construction projects.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with building regulations and safety protocols.

• Manage the day-to-day operations on-site, including scheduling and overseeing subcontractors.

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• Ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget.

• Train and mentor junior trades workers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trades Foreman in apartment or duplex construction.

• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant certifications or trade qualifications.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Flexibility to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland.
